Last Market of the Year!

The last Fairhaven Farmers Market of the year will be held this coming Sunday, December 19.  We will be indoors at The Nemasket Gallery at 56 Bridge Street from 1-4pm.  As always, there will be local produce, honey,jams, eggs, bakery items and crafts for sale.  Join us for this wonderful event, bring your family and friends to the last market of the year.  Stock up for the long winter with delicious local food.  For more information, please contact ann.richard@gmail.com

Indoor Market! Don't forget this Sunday!

This coming Sunday is our next indoor farmers market in Fairhaven.  We will be at The Nemasket Gallery again from 1-4pm.  We are very lucky to have entertainment during the afternoon from Matt Richard (piano) and Rick Britto ( saxophone).  They will play jazz standards and original compositions from their new duo CD recording, IN THE SKY.

Music at the market!

We are pleased to announce that Jay and Abby Michaels will be at the market October 10th.  They will be entertaining us with their beautiful music during the event this weekend.  Stop by,  hear them and support our wonderful local event.  It is" Harpists for Peace Day" on Sunday!
We are excited that we are so lucky to have someone playing harp at our market on this important day.

This week we will have Denise Washko selling Tupperware at the market as a fundraiser for The Hastings Middle School Green Team.

Eco/Energy Fair Tomorrow in Fairhaven

If you like our Farmers Market you will LOVE this Eco/Energy Fair.  It is being held tomorrow! Join us for this FREE event for the family.  Please join us for our 3rd annual Eco/Energy Fair on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 in the Center of Fairhaven from 10am-2pm. As in past years there will be educational booths and companies available to explain their alternative energy products. Join us for this wonderful free event. Snacks will be available for purchase on the porch of Harrop Center at the Unitarian Church.

Fall/Winter Indoor Farmers Market!

We are excited to announce that we will have a Fall/Winter Indoor Farmers Market in Fairhaven this year.  The market will be held at The Nemasket Gallery on the corner of Green and Bridge Streets.  The first date for market is Sunday, October 24th from 1-4pm.  Now we can all continue to buy local and support our farmers and crafters.  More details to follow!

Music at the Market!

We are very excited to have Shelley Cardoos at the market this week as our entertainment.  She will be singing, playing the piano and may be joined by some other musicians.  Come enjoy the wonderful market and hear great tunes while shopping locally.

Season in Full Swing 2010!

If you haven't heard yet it is Massachusetts Farmers Market Week starting August 22.
Come celebrate at our wonderful market, we will be having entertainment from Jay and Abby Michaels on Sunday August 22.  Check out their website.  Join us every Sunday for all the local produce, crafts and fun at this great community event.

Vendors for 3rd Season

Join us at the market this year and meet some new farmers and vendors. Our returning vendors are Silverbrook Farm, Paradise Hill, Cyds Creative Kitchen, Jimmy's Italian Icee, Elizabeth Horrigan, One Body Love, Shy Brothers Cheese, Great Hill Blue Cheese, Knot Crazy, Joe Bealieau Meats, and Dixon's Farm. Our new vendors are Run Dog Run Farm, Gourmet Gourmand Bakery, Chrissy Ann Ceramics and more to come.  We also have face painting by Isabelle and Magic Tricks by Nigel.

Opening Day June 20th

We had a wonderful opening day yesterday for our third season of the market. We loved to have Pumpkin Head Ted return for another great afternoon of entertainment.
